Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, checking the signup agreement box, or using Big Bran, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Big Bran Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Creating an account requires agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may store a record of that acceptance.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Gameplay, Currency, and Upgrades
- In-game points, coins, and upgrades are virtual features with no cash value.
- Balances, rewards, and progression may be adjusted for bug fixes or abuse prevention.
- Game mechanics can change at any time for balancing and performance.
- Timer additions are part of the stream game and may not equal real-time minutes. Rock drops, speed multipliers, and other stream events can remove time or make the timer run faster. Add time only if you are comfortable with those effects.
4. User Conduct
- No cheating, exploit abuse, bots, or service disruption attempts.
- No illegal, hateful, abusive, or harassing content.
- No unauthorized access attempts to accounts or systems.
5. Ads and Third-Party Services
The site may show ads and use third-party services for hosting, payments, email, analytics, advertising, AI moderation, translation, text-to-speech, Streamlabs/YouTube integrations, security, and other operational needs. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Big Bran collects and uses, including account data, gameplay data, purchase records, technical/security logs, IP-derived approximate location analytics, stream-interactive content, and generated audio or moderation data.
6. User Messages, Stream Content, and Ownership
Big Bran includes stream-interactive features that may display usernames, messages, alerts, text-to-speech audio, gameplay actions, and other viewer-submitted content on live streams, recordings, clips, social posts, promotional materials, and other media.
Stream-interactive features may use data from Big Bran, Streamlabs, YouTube, chat, member-chat, subscriptions, gifts, alerts, commands, and replay events to operate overlays, timer actions, admin tools, and live production features.
By submitting a message or other content through Big Bran, you agree that the site owners may use, copy, edit, moderate, display, perform, broadcast, record, archive, convert to audio, create derivative works from, monetize, and distribute that content in any format or media, worldwide, without additional notice, permission, or payment to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, all messages, text-to-speech audio, AI-generated voice audio, generated audio files, overlays, stream appearances, recordings, clips, and other outputs created from or using your submitted content become the property of the site owners. This includes the audio generated when your message is converted into speech. If any rights cannot legally be assigned, you grant the site owners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use that content and audio for operating, promoting, archiving, improving, and monetizing Big Bran and related streams or media.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not send anything private, confidential, infringing, illegal, or that you do not have the right to share.
7. AI Moderation and Text-to-Speech
Messages and related inputs may be reviewed, filtered, transformed, translated, summarized, or converted into speech using automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, text-to-speech services, and other third-party technology providers. AI and moderation systems can make mistakes, and we may remove, block, edit, or decline to display content at our discretion.
Generated voices, audio, translations, moderation decisions, and other AI-assisted outputs are provided for entertainment and stream-production purposes only. You may not use Big Bran to impersonate others, create deceptive content, violate publicity or privacy rights, or submit content intended to abuse AI or text-to-speech systems.
8. Availability
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Big Bran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
