Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, checking the signup agreement box, or using Big Bran, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Big Bran Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. On iOS, Game Center may automatically create and authenticate a passwordless Big Bran game account tied to the authenticated Game Center profile.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Creating an account requires agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may store a record of that acceptance.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Gameplay, Currency, and Upgrades
- In-game points, coins, and upgrades are virtual features with no cash value.
- Coins and other virtual items are licensed for use only within Big Bran. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money, or used outside the service.
- Balances, rewards, and progression may be adjusted for bug fixes or abuse prevention.
- Game mechanics can change at any time for balancing and performance.
- Timer additions are part of the stream game and may not equal real-time minutes. Rock drops, speed multipliers, and other stream events can remove time or make the timer run faster. Add time only if you are comfortable with those effects.
4. Mobile Apps, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions
Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by the platform where you obtained the app, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. The store purchase screen shows the current price, currency, taxes, billing period, and any offer terms before you confirm. The applicable store terms and payment rules also apply to those purchases. Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA, and use of Google Play is subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.
- Coin packs are consumable purchases. A coin pack adds the stated number of virtual coins to the Big Bran account that is signed in when the purchase is completed. Coin packs are not subscriptions and do not renew. The store's Restore Purchases feature does not redeliver consumable coin packs, although coins already credited to your Big Bran account remain part of that account's balance. Consumable purchases cannot be transferred between Big Bran accounts.
- Big Bran Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. While active, it removes in-app video interstitials. It does not remove sponsor content, live-stream advertising, third-party content, or advertising outside the mobile app.
- Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews and the store charges the then-current price for each monthly billing period unless you cancel before the store's renewal cutoff. For Apple subscriptions, cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any trial, discount, or promotional period applies only when it is expressly displayed by the store.
- You can manage or cancel Premium in your App Store subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting Big Bran, uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting a Big Bran account does not cancel a store subscription. Unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals, does not itself issue a refund, and Premium remains active through the end of the paid period.
- Restore Purchases can recheck an eligible Premium entitlement for the store account currently signed in on the device. Consumable coins are not restorable through Restore Purchases. Purchases made through one store, platform account, or Big Bran account may not be available through another.
- Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple, Google, the applicable store policies, and applicable law. Request an App Store refund through Apple's purchase support or review the Google Play refund process. Contact us if a completed coin purchase was not credited so we can investigate delivery.
- If a purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the related Premium access or virtual coins and correct the associated balance. We may restrict purchases or accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
You are responsible for purchases made through your device, store account, and Big Bran account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may make a purchase only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. User Conduct
- No cheating, exploit abuse, bots, or service disruption attempts.
- No illegal, hateful, abusive, or harassing content.
- No unauthorized access attempts to accounts or systems.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. All user messages pass automated moderation before appearing anywhere, and every message in the app can be reported (🚩) or its sender hidden (🚫) by any user. Reported content is reviewed by moderators within 24 hours; users who post objectionable content are removed. Violations may result in content removal, loss of coins/points, or a permanent ban without refund.
6. Ads and Third-Party Services
The site may show ads and use third-party services for hosting, payments, email, analytics, advertising, AI moderation, translation, text-to-speech, Streamlabs/YouTube integrations, security, and other operational needs. Their use of data is governed by their own policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of information Big Bran collects and uses, including account data, gameplay data, purchase records, technical/security logs, IP-derived approximate location analytics, stream-interactive content, and generated audio or moderation data.
7. User Messages, Stream Content, and Ownership
Big Bran includes stream-interactive features that may display usernames, messages, alerts, text-to-speech audio, gameplay actions, and other viewer-submitted content on live streams, recordings, clips, social posts, promotional materials, and other media.
Stream-interactive features may use data from Big Bran, Streamlabs, YouTube, chat, member-chat, subscriptions, gifts, alerts, commands, and replay events to operate overlays, timer actions, admin tools, and live production features.
By submitting a message or other content through Big Bran, you agree that the site owners may use, copy, edit, moderate, display, perform, broadcast, record, archive, convert to audio, create derivative works from, monetize, and distribute that content in any format or media, worldwide, without additional notice, permission, or payment to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, all messages, text-to-speech audio, AI-generated voice audio, generated audio files, overlays, stream appearances, recordings, clips, and other outputs created from or using your submitted content become the property of the site owners. This includes the audio generated when your message is converted into speech. If any rights cannot legally be assigned, you grant the site owners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use that content and audio for operating, promoting, archiving, improving, and monetizing Big Bran and related streams or media.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not send anything private, confidential, infringing, illegal, or that you do not have the right to share.
8. AI Moderation and Text-to-Speech
Messages and related inputs may be reviewed, filtered, transformed, translated, summarized, or converted into speech using automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, text-to-speech services, and other third-party technology providers. AI and moderation systems can make mistakes, and we may remove, block, edit, or decline to display content at our discretion.
Generated voices, audio, translations, moderation decisions, and other AI-assisted outputs are provided for entertainment and stream-production purposes only. You may not use Big Bran to impersonate others, create deceptive content, violate publicity or privacy rights, or submit content intended to abuse AI or text-to-speech systems.
9. Availability
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Big Bran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
