Big Bran is a browser game and live-stream companion platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data you provide: username, email address, password stored as an encrypted hash, age confirmation, and your Terms/Privacy acceptance record.
- Gameplay and account activity: scores, level progress, coins, points, upgrades, abilities, potions, play sessions, leaderboard status, bans, refunds, purchases, and admin adjustments.
- Purchase data: coin package, amount, currency, checkout status, and payment-provider identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Big Bran.
- Technical and security data: IP address, registration IP, browser type, device type, user agent, session cookies, request logs, timestamps, and abuse-prevention or fraud-prevention signals.
- Approximate location analytics derived from IP address, such as city/region/country-level map summaries for admin planning. We do not show raw IP addresses in the admin map.
- Viewer-submitted stream content: usernames, display names, messages, message style choices, timer actions, gift or alert inputs, command activity, and related overlay activity.
- Live-stream integration data: Streamlabs, YouTube, chat, member-chat, subscription, gift, alert, and replay-event data that is needed to operate overlays, timers, alerts, and admin tools.
- AI and text-to-speech data: message text, generated audio files, moderation results, translation outputs, prompt/response metadata, and related processing records.
- Cookies and similar browser storage used for login sessions, saved progress, preferences, stream tools, ad choices, consent choices, and local/offline app behavior.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate the game, account, leaderboard, admin, overlay, timer, and stream-interactive features.
- Save and restore progress across sessions.
- Process coin purchases, refunds, rewards, gifts, and account balances.
- Prevent abuse, enforce limits, investigate suspicious activity, and protect site security.
- Remember interface and gameplay settings on your device.
- Measure performance and improve gameplay experience.
- Understand general fan location patterns for future stream, content, and live-event planning.
- Serve advertisements and manage ad frequency/relevance where applicable.
- Moderate messages, generate text-to-speech audio, translate or transform messages, operate stream overlays, and archive stream-production assets for editing and reuse.
- Send account emails such as verification, password reset, purchase, security, and admin notification messages.
3. Advertising and Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep accounts signed in, maintain gameplay/session state, remember settings, remember consent choices, protect against abuse, and keep site features working. These items are part of the service you request.
We may also use Google AdSense, analytics, and similar technologies for measurement and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites.

4. Consent Choices
On first visit, we may show a cookie choice prompt. If you allow cookies, optional analytics and advertising storage may be enabled. If you choose "Only required," essential cookies/storage remain active so login, saved progress, and core site features continue to work, while optional analytics and ad-related storage stay off unless you later change your choice.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting, email/auth, payment processing, analytics, ads, AI moderation, translation, text-to-speech, Streamlabs/YouTube integrations, and security services.
Some stream-interactive content may be visible to viewers on live streams, recordings, clips, social posts, promotional materials, and other Big Bran media. Do not submit private information in messages, prompts, usernames, or stream commands.
6. AI, Moderation, and Text-to-Speech Providers
When you send messages or use stream-interactive features, your username, message text, style choices, language data, gift/timer actions, and related inputs may be sent to AI moderation, translation, and text-to-speech providers so we can review content, generate audio, display overlays, and operate live-stream features. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Generated text-to-speech audio may be stored in our server files for stream production, video editing, archival, moderation, quality review, and related Big Bran media uses. Do not submit private or sensitive information in messages or stream prompts.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and gameplay data while your account remains active, and as needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Viewer messages, overlay activity, generated audio, moderation records, command logs, and stream-production files may be retained for as long as useful for operating Big Bran, reviewing abuse, producing or editing videos, preserving stream history, or meeting legal obligations.
IP-derived location cache records may be retained for planning, analytics, abuse prevention, and performance reasons. These records are intended for approximate city/region-level use, not exact tracking.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data.
You can also ask us to review account data, delete an account where legally allowed, or explain how a specific feature uses your data.
9. Children
This service is not intended for children under 13. Users must confirm they are at least 13 before creating an account. If you believe a child under 13 created an account or provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
